  • Built a Target Operating Model (TOM) capable of servicing the global organisation.
  • Addressed culture, people, governance, restructured the team.
  • Moved from an onshore to a lower cost offshore model.
  • Enabled the business to consume the change to Microsoft’s new evergreen way.

Drove Adoption and Change

  • Created, delivered user training and enablement to drive adoption.
  • Developed a stakeholder communications plan and regular updates to the business.

  • Supported G-Suite to Office 365 transition
  • Drove initial Teams Voice deployment as the modern cloud voice platform and standard.
  • Decommissioned Cisco, Polycom, old PBXes Avaya.
  • Converted legacy Citrix into a single synergized, M365/WVD service.
