I’ve had the pleasure of working with many of the company founders, employees and associates throughout my career and can attribute a large part of my success to these people who have always challenged me to do the best I can, supported me through difficult times and rewarded me for success.Driven by a leadership team with a laser focus on the customer and a heartfelt drive to deliver excellence in any engagement, their “never give up” attitude differentiates them from the vast majority of players in the market.It’s a great environment for developing skills and has enabled me to grow from the days of technical support through to team leadership and ownership of client engagement, including the development of sales opportunities, something I would never have believed possible for me without the support I received.It’s great to see them taking this model, coupled with a recognition of the shortage of new talent coming through to address the fast pace of IT change in the market, and investing in young people through the Talent Academy. This long-term thinking is rare, inspiring and will ensure the companies relevance and success for years to come.
